Your Training Program

Each athlete will receive an initial consultation including a power/heart rate analysis to assess your goals, overall fitness, before training begins.

We request that you keep a training log to communicate changes in sleep, diet, fitness, schedule, or general well being so that unnecessary obstacles do not impede your training. This should be updated and submitted to Robert regularly for him to review.

You may be provided with diet/nutrition advice* based on your program and individual concerns.

We do request a minimum commitment to minimum 4 months so that you can accurately track your progress and better evaluate the effectiveness of your training program.

Heart Rate Training
$135/mo.
$50 setup fee

Power Training
$165/mo.
$50 setup fee

Our Goal:
It is important to us that you receive the best training service available. As an athlete of Lofgran Coaching you are not charged extra for ancillary services or restricted in your access to your coach. If you need something, just call or email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Bike fit is available for non-clients for $75. Call or email to inquire.
