The Programs

Each athlete will receive an initial consultation to assess their goals, overall fitness, and to determine which program will best meet your needs.
An initial heart rate analysis will be performed in order to better customize your training schedule.

The athlete is requested to keep a training log and communicate changes in sleep, diet, fitness, schedule, or general well being so that unnecessary obstacles do not impede your training.

You will be provided with diet/nutrition advice based on your program and individual concerns.

It is important to commit to minimum 6 months of coaching so that you can see your progress and evaluate the effectiveness of your training program.
