Power Lab at Lake Town Bicycles

Lofgran Coaching is proud to introduce the Power Lab. For the minimum months of November-March participants in the Power Lab receive a training schedule tailored to your needs and fitness level with a minimum 2 days/week with Robert in the Power Lab at Lake Town Bicycles.

In the Power Lab we use CompuTrainer, arguably the best in power training systems. Athletes will be guided on their individual technique, performance, and fitness while still enjoying the camaraderie of a group session.

Why Train with Power?
Some key advantages of training with power over other methods include:

  • Power shows you how hard your body is actually working. While heart rate is really only an indicator of how hard you are working.
  • With the data received from training with power we can more easily distinguish strengths and weaknesses and structure your training accordingly.
  • Changes in power can be detected almost immediately, which enables your coach to better perceive your efforts and fitness.
