About Robert Lofgran

Like many of you I first fell in love with the bike as a kid when I discovered the freedom it offered me. I started riding a mountain bike at age 14 and was converted to road cycling in high school. My palmares include top placings at both state and national events with modest successes in Europe.

I started coaching about five years ago as part of a winter cycling camp. I’ve found that I love working with other cyclists and guiding them to their goals. I celebrate every success that each client has; whether it’s a major win, or just overcoming their fear of the road.

I am currently a level 2 coach certified by USA Cycling. I am experienced with power training and professional bike fit. After working at a local shop for over 10 years I have become an expert mechanic.
